Many thanks for sharing this! +1 to the idea of a follow-up on supermajority rules - where might they make sense (Constitutional amendments?), and how one can justify only needing a majority vote to enact but supermajority to overrule (some state propositions, I think).

Manny, many thanks for sharing this. Knew Bill through occasional visits to UCSC and the structural-biology-on-Mac community at distance, was just discussing his passing with some of the NYC RNA community. Gone far too early.
