So... I totally whiffed on the Hugos and Nebulas this year, BUT the Auroras are still open, so I can do an awkward obligatory awards post about that! "In the Mantle, an Inhale," out in Fiery Deeps last October, would be eligible for the Best Novelette/Novella category, if you're so inclined.

Relatedly, I'm told that I'm going to be in the minority with a relative lack of nudity in Fiery Deeps. May have to see what I can do to change that 🤔

BUT regardless of nudity, I can promise that my story has diamonds and explosions! So still worth it, right?
