My latest experiment for #nervoussystem regulation in connection with #POTS and the #tachycardia side of the equation as a #Lipedema patient who can't take Beta or Channel blockers. All of my prior posts about supplements & medical studies are over at #WholeandBalancedLiving IG being shadow banned.
