In the other, they turned their spoons outward—
And fed each other.
That’s safety.
Same policies. Same PPE. Same procedures.
But some teams isolate. Others collaborate.
Some gatekeep. Others share.
I’ve seen both.
And it’s never about the gear.
It’s always about the mindset.
