Vera, I genuinely see her being related to some sort of guild, whether it be a receptionist or even merchant.
Though also based on the image I imagine she has a very patient attitude, but a very mature outlook. Still she's a individual who's definitely different in public than she is in private.

Honestly, I'd assume that she has a lot of free time. Like it looks like she's lived a very fulfilled life and now she'd potentially be enjoying a new phase of life. Also I assume she was an active ruler, hence that whole idea above.

Honestly, I've assumed that she comes from a pretty big elven family, and was the oldest child -- Giving off a caretaker/bigger sister type vibe. I've also GIVEN it thought that potentially she an educator of some kind, whether it be something like magic or even fellow elven children!
