Totally get this. My manager is pretty amazing but i still feel v.guilty & somehow fraudulent for taking time off for the kids. And the baby is ALWAYS ill! My parents are wonderful but to truly utilise their help I will have to change career and move hours away.

Those daytime raves better be ready for us!

I keep feeding & re-feeding the numbers into my spreadsheet in desperation. Need full time nursery for baby & ft wraparound for 5yo. Mortgage just doubled too. Feels insurmountable. Realising now that ft working parents need an immediate grandparental support network.
