2/ Results indicated lower but acceptable discrimination for PCL-5 items 8 (traumatic amnesia), 16 (reckless or self-destructive behaviors), and 17 (hypervigilance). DIF analysis indicated that Item 2 (nightmares) exhibited DIF indicating potential bias; however, the effect sizes were negligible.

2/ Compared to those without PTSD, individuals with PTSD were less likely to decrease opioid use over the 60-day period. Although individuals with PTSD were less likely to increase their engagement with opioid treatment, individuals with PTSD engaged in treatment at much higher levels.

Congratulations to you and Amy (now my URI BFF haha), and thanks for sharing your journey. I've been patiently waiting on an R01 (2nd percentile score in 10/24, council moved twice and finally happened in 05/25, pending status 05/25, JIT 06/25, second JIT 09/25). This feels like madness.
