Sick and restless. Have a million things I could do, but don't really feel like doing any of them. Not even listening to an audiobook (which I do pretty much 10 hours a day) is appealing. Give me something to do to stop me doomscrolling!

Social tasks feel an awful like underwater mechanics in video games sometimes.
I can do it for a brief period, but after that I start taking damage quickly, and I need to get back out of the social zone to recover before I do a social thing again

Woke up at 2am needing to record a mash up of two different songs. Managed to write a note of half of it and then convince my brain it could go back to sleep. Ah, ADHD life. What a ride.
