Teacher burn out is real I'm in the thick of it right now.
Education is a socialist construct but when you impose too much capitalism on it, you get a broken system, professionals leaving in droves, burnt out staff & deeply unhappy children that can't learn.
It's not a simple fix.
The rot runs deep.

Cat question. I've always been a bit of a cat lady but we live near a main road now. Can cats be kept indoors or is there a way round this? We're lucky to have a large back garden with a wooded area but unlucky about the main road out the front.

Perhaps businesses that award themselves big dividends and bonuses instead of fair wages could use that money instead of cutting staff or investment to pay their tax bill.
And as for moaning about growth. We need money in ordinary people's pockets for growth.
