Not used to running in the evening. I was worried I’d not have the energy left as I had already run that morning and done a day of work. Fortunately, I surprised myself, albeit it was a social, chatty pace. 😁🏃🚇

Saw an unattended fire near #BostonManorPark by the #GrandUnionCanal on our morning run. @sarahkern.bsky.social called 999, I gave the #what3words location. A mile later, #LFB rang back—lost. I sprinted back to guide them. Chiswick crew put it out with buckets + bats. Got a thumbs-up at the end. 👊🔥

This footage was caught by one of the regular patrons (Ewa) recently, an incredible encounter!

Caught a serious ‘beef’ along the canal today, fortunately no injuries!

Yesterday we got to see the bluebells in Perivale Woods. The scent, colour and peacefulness of this ancient woodlands is quite profound.
