I've been more open about vulnerable topics. Topics I should never be ashamed about.

It's allowed me to curate new relationships with others who actually have a sense of compassion and empathy. And it's the only thing I care about at this point. (3/3)

You start to lose a general sense of shame once you realize how terribly you had been treated. I've noticed I gained less of a sense of fear to a lot of things that would incite shame. I think this is the best outcome at this point, though. (2/?)
