Look, it’s good idea and I travel off peak whenever I can but my regular off peak journey between Wemyss Bay and Dumfries has gone up from £28.30 to £36.70 in 7 months for the same journey.
Scrapping peak journey fares are being paid for by increasing off peak fares, that’s all.

This is a painting I got commissioned for my 50th by an old family friend.
It’s of Ham harbour in Caithness.
As a kid we use to fish off the end of the pier but now it’s disappearing back into the sea.
