And this plays out in the dataset! That is, we see that the responsiveness of leaf nitrogen to soil nitrogen increases with aridity and decreases with temperature of the sites

Sampled soils from our #NutNet plots for a project on arid land soil #carbon responses to #eutrophication. Dan had a much easier time than me!

Isa (our photographer, not pictured) will be helping to look at root trait-soil C interactions.

We had a great turnout at our Science by the Glass event last night! These events are put on by the TTU Climate Center and provide a venue for scientists to engage the with the community about their research
