But what can you do on the Kindle Vs iPad? A kindle is essentially a one use device. The iPad is not. The price reflects this. Surely you understand that a current iPhone has less battery life than an old Nokia because of what it is capable of doing…

If the iPad ran solely in monochrome and had a refresh rate as low as the kindle it would also last significantly longer. It’s not a direct competitor and it’s pretty silly to suggest they would have the same battery life. They’re vastly different products with vastly different capabilities

Don’t take her word for it - she’s literally talking shit. There are graphene batteries but none that would be a direct replacement for the iPhone and none that are available on a commercial scale to satisfy even a fraction of the phones they sell each year
