Absolutely. It's a good example of someone of privilege having the resources to get "sober" but (seemingly) little or no ability to learn from his struggles and grow in healthy ways.

I’m mostly concerned with my clients well being. Struggling with trauma, addiction, and/or general life/future/existential anxiety (everyone at this point whether or not people want to admit it) and facing a huge bill or no coverage seeking the support you need.

I’ve had a lot of these discussions with my clients the past few weeks. Trying to come up with a sliding scale/payment plan that works with people’s budgets. It’s a terrible situation to be in.
