I'm in the snug at my parents' house looking out at the sheep. Eldest son is upstairs in his room, Husband+small are building lego, mum is crafting and dad sitting near me reading. This is Christmas for me. Defo in my happy place. If only the dog would start barking every time a bird flies overhead!

Yesterday did not quite go how I hoped for the last week of term. Ended up at the GP then the hospital for bloods and chest xray to rule out pneumonia or other yukkiness. It's my class' performance tomorrow. Gutted. Been coughing for weeks and had time off while on antibiotics but it just got worse
