Spitballing an iteration: two-person team rally game where a card deck is being played by the navigator to change the track / portal between levels / mod the car while the driver does their best to drive

Squinting hard to imagine if that could yet be single player through autopilot, or loops

I keep looking for a chance to prototype “Mario kart plus a card stack” & the transitions from garage to dirt here are so close to how I imagined track switching felt a lil portal like (that’s a card move)

Hmm…

Maybe a word game opportunity: misdirection with pictures to deprogram those early reader instincts.

I think that the three cueing lawsuit was dismissed — so, not a court-mandated blockbuster game idea, but still, there’s maybe a market for trying to unlearn these habits

San Francisco has been rolling out the fix since last year, but I still think there was enough residual curriculum to do some harm, watching how often these kids fight the word in favor of the picture — and, I’ve definitely seen a skippy frog printout somewhere.

If this catches @eldar.social lights out, I'd greatly appreciate it if you could have it ready for testing tomorrow

Oh, I very much read that as “there is no safe way to discuss parenting online because too many people have parenting opinions that are so, so not okay” but it’s kind of two sides of the same thought

There are now five identical Bonds. Watching the entire saga will require 3 individual streaming subscriptions.

Unfairly I just woke up and I’m immediately wondering if I can cricut these from a basswood scrap I saw yesterday

i have had this idea forever to map all the badly painted intersections in SF (there are hundreds that are like spray painted "stahp" basically) and now I feel a lil defeated before i begin

Death By Coconut: A Story Of Food Obsession Gone Too Far
August Engelhardt believed coconuts were a nutritional and spiritual panacea. So in 1902, he sailed to the South Pacific to start a utopian cult that survived only on the fruit. It ended calamitously.

but anyway, you can cut off your laptop from the world and then just drop things over onto the iPad when it's time to send. Basically, the world you described.

Also, the M5 iPad is probably the most powerful computer I've ever touched except that the memory stops at 16GB

I started using my ipad as a second monitor and it seamlessly lets you swap into the iPad state — highly recommend
