This is an exciting one - the first @nf-co.re pipeline for remotely sensed satellite imagery 🛰️ alongside auxiliary data. It produces a set of trend files related to land-cover changes 🌍

We've had a great response so far, with 23 sites lined up (already a record!), but we'd love more!

This section goes on to chart the experiences of the #EuroFaang consortia and the benefits of gradual adoption of #Nextflow and @nf-co.re.

The final result is nuanced and truthful and we hope it can provide a blueprint for other consortia.

The second half of the paper describes the experience of the #EuroFaang consortia as they adopted @nf-co.re.

We cover initial motivations and hurdles, with a figure showing how maintenance of community-owned pipelines can shift over time, a true superpower of @nf-co.re ✨

In the introduction, we look into usage and citations of workflow managers. It's clear that their popularity is surging, notably those that are command-line tools. Citations of #Nextflow have especially jumped in recent years.. 📈

The @nf-co.re pipelines are flexible by design, meaning that different groups can run the same pipeline in multiple ways. Interest groups can help to standardise usage across fields and disciplines.
