I think it's the men being insecure and overcompensating by acting like jerks that at least partially contributes.

That only counts the first time she died the Slayer line is through Faith now but I don't remember if they ever explained that in the show it may have just been what the writers said in interviews.

I am very picky as an adult so I always sympathize with kids who want to eat what they like. I never understood butter noodles though I always wanted more tomato sauce on my pasta because it tasted gross plain.

I was getting them at Aldi in Baltimore for .89 a year or two ago then they went up to $1.89 more than double but still low.
