I was cursed by learning. Now I'm stuck here fighting charts. We shall overcome 🇵🇸

Better things are not possible, you have to pick our guy or get hitler. sorry folks that’s just how the world works and things can never change
Sometimes I wonder if, in a parallel universe, you had an election between actual Adolph Hitler against, say, Kamala Harris, whether some of these folks would be able to make a decision to chose the non-Hitler candidate. Or be like “I’ll leave it up to my neighbors!”

this is a horrible idea. we should lean into green energy products and use this new boom in power demand to revolutionize our countries energy production systems.

we should also pay for this with taxes on the rich tech companies using the power and provide subsidies to consumers.
the electoral left needs to lean in heavy on anti ai and anti data center policy

saying this is an “own goal” is so funny. How many times are they going to do seeming incoherent things that just happen to benefit their “opposition” before you realize they aren’t on your team?
A reminder that in both 2020 & 2022, when he was facing a tough primary from Jessica Cisneros, Democratic leadership propped up this corrupt clown’s campaign. He won by a few points in 2020 and by just a few hundred votes in 2022.

More own goal, clown behavior from Dem Congressional leadership.
Trump said he is offering a "full and unconditional PARDON" to a Democratic Rep. and his wife who were indicted for bribery and money laundering

I firmly believe that at the very least, if the ostensibly very serious people are allowed to advocate for violence on a mass scale, then we ought to be able to advocate for violence against those very serious people. Preemptive strikes on the pundit class could very well save a lot of lives

People getting mad about bernie sanders immigration statement is understandable, but also kind of funny.

he’s said the same “all nation states have borders” line for decades, it’s specifically a response to years of people accusing leftists of supporting open borders.

For those in the know seeing norse tattoos on an “ex-white supremacist” is really just cementing that he has not left that whole sphere at all.
Given the context of what some people use Norse tattoos to signify too... the cover up is quite suspect.

i’m quickly becoming a conservative among radicals. not that im complaining. its refreshing arguing with a guy who thinks we need nothing less than a general strike to succeed.

But i dont think we are ready for civil war bro. take that fire and use it for 3 months of planning.
Don't sue. Activate California's national guard to defend the city. Make Trump have to shoot on American troops. Force his hand.

i’m almost gen z and spelling never mattered.
Not to be old man, but it is pretty incredible how bad Gen Z is at spelling and grammar. Like I can actively feel the illiteracy rate rising 🥲

i feel like when people make these kinds of posts they should also post links to community hosted 🏴‍☠️versions of all related media.

if you want people to do something make it easy for them.
It cannot be made clearer.

If you continue to support the Harry Potter franchise in any way, you are directly funding the removal of trans people's human rights in the UK.

Farmers should be required to convert to worker cooperatives. food production is not a private affair
Farmers should be able to buy their supplies from competitive markets and sell their crops into competitive markets.

l was devastated to find out that the government had arrested the girlfriend of the founder of antifa.

because last week he told me he wasn’t ready for a relationship…

the worst thing about anti ai sentiment is that these companies actually are terrible and incompetent.

It’s impossible to convince ai is actually good theoretically when everyone has hands on experience in it being used in the worst way possible.

i don’t understand why words can’t mean anything anymore.

my ideals are not defined by my oppositions position or even “the center”.
The idea that "the left" can only mean socialism or communism is childish, unproductive dogma. "The left" can refer to anyone left of the center of the Overton window or the overall political spectrum. Quit with the righteous gatekeeping nonsense.

every #democrat that was calling me an accelerationist for not voting the party line since 2016 is currently screaming:
“shut down the government! Heighten the contradictions!”

and honestly i really wish i wasn’t here for this.

I know I’m a weirdo, but my criteria for art is always does it evoke the emotions/experience the artist intended.

Some one is good at art when they can do that consistently.
(honest question) what are the “good” video games? artistically i mean, not in a “i enjoyed this escapist slop” kind of way
Well. It's not Red Dead Redemption 2, but it's like one of three video games I'd genuinely consider good.

There is a third much funnier option. I hope this man doesn’t go into any dark alleys to meet this secret source.
This is either completely made up or it’s Fetterman.

Both equally plausible.

Being 29 year old getting excited about queer character reps in show for 9-13 year olds is something im glad future generations won’t have to experience.
I forgot that Professor Venomous and Boxman are like... LITERALLY married and in gay love together this show is awesome

Seems pretty straightforward. She isn’t some random person. She is probably the most well known democrat in the country who is doing public appearances.

She is literally doing a book tour! Using her big profile to advance your cause seems smart.

I would go on strike. Unless it was a worker coop type scenario I think you greatly confuse the responsibility of workers vs capital.

I would go on strike with the explicit goal of ensuring all workers receive their full pension and severance in the event the business ended. No golden parachutes
If you were employed in a dying business, or represent the workers in that dying business- would you go on strike, or would you put more effort into making that business sustainable in the future?
Every time you go on strike you lose customers. They go online to pay bills, send cards, etc.
