There's a similarly strange English-themed pub in Virginia Beach called Abbey Road whose vibe can be described as "TGI Fridays but only Beatles". At least the website correctly says "American fare".
Their "Beatles Breakfast" does not have a full English but does have exactly the names you'd expect.
