He has said publicly it was the only song not mostly made during a jam session, probably one of the most personal things he's written besides some stuff on the demon joke.

I think it's their best by a good amount; nearly every song is great. Frames > Effloresce > EIP > SPWTBFU imo

I definitely like sizeofanocean! I'd say it'd be the spot after this, but I'm not that much of a fan of Relapse or the demo version of it.
