I almost didn’t survive trying to “make it” in Hollywood while chronically ill and disabled. Living with chronic illness forced me to slow down, but it also taught me how to shine in ways that are more real and honest to being human.

I got in a really heated argument with my dad once about "illegals" coming here to have "anchor babies" and stopped him cold by asking when he started hating the American dream of making a better life for your kids and if it meant he was moving back to Poland as that's why his dad came here.
