I didn't enjoy this. A good concept, which I really wanted to like, but just couldn't get into it. The last section on which decade each country voted for was great though.

1) The Bee Sting by Paul Murray.

An absolute monster of a book and the best thing I have read in ages. I just couldn't stop reading it, great story and fantastically written characters. But the ending, meh.
