It will be interesting to see if this council has any interest in holding admin accountable for complete bs.
When the last admin claimed that yellowhead expansion would reduce emissions, the only thing that council did was applaud.

...the 1% for art program still exists, but has been tweaked.
So it will be interesting to see if it's being applied to the Low Level Bridge and Wellington Bridge projects, or if it will be quietly forgotten for downtown yet again.
