It’s all noise.

I figured out some basics, so you don't have to (if you're starting out like me).
Books are brilliant and lectures can be inspiring.

But the brain doesn’t truly learn from watching. It learns by doing.

Run a business.
Teach a class.
Raise a kid.
That’s where neurons fire and wiring happens.
That’s where the lesson sticks.

Active > Passive. Always.

Cramming doesn't work. Rather, it does this:

Lets you pass a test after an all-night,
And, leaves your mind empty the next week.

Your brain needs time to digest; not swallow whole.

It's a myth (that it's efficient)
