Another benchmark run. Have successfully ignored catastrophising brain twice in three days. This time to see how fast my feet can still move. Better than expected, and feels good. Little intervals are 'fun'....

Feet 1: Brain nil. Managed to actually move my feet for the first time this year. Going to be long road to get back into shape. Baby steps for my head #RunningPunks

Having failed at both music and running recently, I intend to make amends.
For today, a lovely run in new shoes to look after my dodgy feet. Result! No pain + potential new favourite shoe. Well pleased with these topoathletic - suit my feet, comfy but not bouncy or slow. Might run more often ...
