Have you played TearRing Saga on the PS1? There's an English translation ROM, so even though it never came here its like getting an extra Shining Force or Fire Emblem you didn't know existed.

As am I devouring the details of every soldier and officer in the Brimstone 11th, it occurs to me somehow I've become that old dad who is really into military fiction - mine just has orks and plague gods. If I try to join a civil war battle reenactment group maybe stop me.

The orks are using advanced tactics with superior weaponry and the humans are doing a Leroy Jenkins Zerg rush 😆 I love it.

WIP: Damaged plasma container to use as terrain or objective marker in sci-fi tabletop games. When it's done, there will be radioactive green goo leaking out the back. As always, made from 100% trash.

Today we learned basic knots for hand sewing. In the coming weeks we'll be covering using the sewing machine and what food grows well indoors with grow lights. We need these skills not just for us, but to contribute to the local community of people who are also routinely fucked over for being poor.

Re: the Del Toro Frankenstein. Like the book, it starts with a ship about to get frozen in ice. After that 15 seconds, the movie is entirely its own thing. Very little of any of this occurs in the book. The major themes got kicked to the curb in favor of explosions and terrible CG fight sequences.

Got a good chuckle out of this one. We haven't actually played 5th edition, but I picked up the Van Richten's Guide to Ravenloft at the library just to see how things went for this campaign setting since the old AD&D books we have.
