Circa '88 my HS drama teacher decided to adapt Slaughterhouse 5. Wrote Vonnegut for permission, as one did. Vonnegut writes back: "My lawyer tells me if I give you permission you become my collaborator. Can't do it. P.S. I've never sued anyone in my life and aint starting now. Good luck."

My analysis here not only explains why the CPS numbers are wrong - but estimates that if they'd got their own arithmetic right, they would have concluded that migrants are a large long-term fiscal *benefit*. (3/3)

The CPS' own website now admits they got the numbers wrong and should not be used.

Well, she will get up to speed soon since I named her as a defendant in a habeas corpus petition filed on Friday - and the federal judge has ordered Sec. Kristi Noem to respond by this Friday.
