An excerpt from the instruction manual with critical info for playing Ninja Kid (NES). Each type of level has a different objective. At the end of each level, there is a 50/50 chance you will go to Demon Hell. Without the manual, these mechanics are completely unexplained.

The September/October 1988 issue of Nintendo Power featured Simon's Quest. This issue included an illustrated fold-out map of the world and lots of helpful info for figuring out where to go and how to get there.

I picked up a few games on Capcom Arcade Stadium for switch last night. Like 80% of the stuff that was ported to the NES. at any rate, Ghosts and Goblins… is this game even possible? I bought the invincibility add-on to get though it and I can’t imagine… how hyper-focused one would have to be.

Ran across this floppy yesterday while cleaning out some things. Apparently Julius Erving and Larry Bird were a thing before Bird Turned his attention to Jordan in the NES game.
