Trump posted this with zero commentary. Really leaning into the Eyes Wide Shut of it all strikes me as a savvy political move. What do you think?

Not a depiction of an adult woman.

State bar elections will continue to be critically important.

Another pro-women’s-suffrage e-girl in the comments. Fascinating stuff.

I’m taking this as “the optics of the voting results are bad, but the board will rubber stamp the investment in due course.”

As an aside, it’s kind of weird he had to ask. Were there really so many retail idiots voting live that they could move the needle?

The divorced dad energy that radiates off this guy could melt steel beams.

So we’re pumping the private market for SpaceX shares/derivatives now. Very legal and very cool.

Yet more evidence that extreme wealth cooks the human brain.

I will never forgive the Biden administration for failing to bring the full weight of the government to bear on Musk when they had multiple good and sufficient reasons to do so. People will continue to die because of this bullshit.

Fighting the impulse to say, “If investors really believe this shit, then fuck it. They deserve whatever is coming to them.”

There are a lot of unintelligent people who believe this man implicitly because he has more money than god. They don’t know any better.

Fucking dumbbells.
November 6, 2025 at 10:05 PM
Are the securities laws a failed experiment? lmao

So far, the shareholder proponents have not presented their proposals in person. One wonders whether they entered the drawing.

The shareholders in attendance continue to be the dumbest Musk-humpers.

Suck it, Bill Ackman. Congrats, NYC!

TIL from Murder, She Wrote: Department stores used to sell guns. Allegedly as late as the 90s in NYC, which seems like it can’t be right?

I can’t help but think of Unity Mitford stealing a Jewish couple’s apartment out from under them in the late ‘30s.

Who's solving the Louvre robbery? Right answers only

Easy way to tell Everytown is full of shit about “stand your ground” laws: Compare their map with the more accurate map from Wikipedia.

They omit states like California that have adopted “stand your ground” through common law/jury instruction. Duty to retreat states are outliers.

If hell exists, there is a special place in it for Trinity Flood, owner of the raided apartment building and now confirmed DHS collaborator.

I’d love to know more about the records reviewed by the NYT and whether they investigated ISP’s potential role.

Good clip from the BBC debunking DHS Assistant Secretary Tricia McLaughlin’s lies. She claimed the video of ICE body slamming a 15 year old girl was stale video featuring Chicago PD, falsely suggesting that the innocent teen was a criminal.

Pretty sure this proviso says they can’t do that. Routine compensation is not an unforeseen requirement.
