In particular, they did a pretty good job with the kid dialogue. It can be tricky, but they did it.

Nowadays Rivens are more of a fun, extra thing, rather than the be-all, end-all of power scaling. You can flat out ignore them if you want to. It's all in the frames, the higher-tier weapons, and the mods. No loot box mechanics required.

for every frame and weapon I have. In part so I'd always have a good set of frame and weapon options for the Circuit, but also just to see if I could, you know? I love getting me some Rivens for distinctly non-meta weapons and seeing if I can make them endgame-viable.

A while back, I made a habit of buying a bit of platinum when it was 50-75% off, but eventually I just started buying the primes to skip the farming, and using the platinum that came with those to buy the regular frames.

Most of my grinding involved using forma to make the coolest builds I could...

And for some reason, it feels *telling* to me that no one has properly tried to turn AI into a luxury good that's fit only for the upper-class, in an attempt to make everyone else want it more.

Think about it. All the coolest tech used to be restricted to rich people and enthusiasts at first.
