I hope one day that Excal's Radial Javelin also scales with Exalted Blade's mods (the augment does not help the ability itself :c)

I don't know what kind of tweak, but I really want him to be like a really specialized cc frame due to his unique gimmick.

Any chance for the Radial Javelin to also be affected by Exalted Blade's modding? People often subsume it due to poor scaling damage it does.
