Neither have i. But mostly because of how miserable it all is. It's not much fun no more. But more time off social media is better for your health. As your current physique proves ;)

Sorry to hear that. Not a cure, but when i had it i took high amounts of CBD oil to get through it. Really helped take the edge off some of the inflammation and other symptoms and kept me mobile.
