I know i should be patient with myself after all thats been happening (the big move, best friend died, husband's stroke, mother almost died twice, her after care, her completely abandoning us, ongoing intense health issues..) and it's a miracle i can still go to work + function, but it's rly tough..

I've been trying my best to get help from therapists this year but this health System rly is.. something. I can apply for rehab in end of 2026. People at work are losing patience when I have to call in sick. Anti depressants have been making my heart issues worse.
