I can't really offer any advice but I know how you feel. Feeling like you're trying to force things to happen even if you consider yourself shy and introverted is a very, very annoying feeling. Also getting over the hump with people so you can talk to them regularly (and it being mutual) also sucks.

I only play H-Games with fem-protags with absolutely huge tatas and really emotive faces, while all the guys are faceless bald men, so I have no idea what anyone is talking about at any point.

Same. I assume people want to just treat me as some sort of infrequent picture dispenser as opposed to knowing anything about me, which kinda sucks when I put it like that.
