I’m fascinated by this. I remember one year within the past decade when there was a literal Halloween traffic jam on our particular street in West U, with drivers honking horns, sidewalks packed, and most neighbors sitting in their front yards (the only day of the year you would see some of them).

Same over here in West U. We’ve definitely seen trick or treaters tonight, but there have been no where near the huge numbers we would usually have seen in the past. 🎃
