Trip to Stephens House in Finchley with Al, it was Antiques Roadshow and we got a ring looked at. Interesting but not valuable, apparently. Was a fun day out

Any of you done digiscoping, any advice? I'm thinking of getting a Viking Swallow 12-36x 50mm with universal adapter for my smartphone, it gives magnification I couldn't dream about with my DSLR and it's less than 1kg so hand luggage not a problem. For safari in Africa and anywhere else

I like finding new music to run to, slightly different requirements to what I listen to the rest of the time, it needs to be uplifting. I've got a higher tolerance of cheese while running 😅. Anyway discovered this mix, check it out if you like this kind of thing open.spotify.com/playlist/37i...

I've Zimmed up my bike...Found the flag while having a clear out, I'll fly it for a while. I had a Senegalese one a few years ago, and sometimes drivers would pass by grinning and hooting their horns. One guy was filming!

Bought a massage gun for sciatica and it's great.. Just perusing the instructions (1 month on) and they're pretty technical 😅. I hope I'm not in violation. Most instructions manuals assume you're average or below intelligence, but not this one.
