It is also important to not just center Palestinian journalists and their stories but also continuously keep calling out big media outlets in the Global North that have tried to erase and undermine these stories.

Journalists should never have to choose between telling the truth or being killed for it. It is important not just for media resourcing infrastructure to continue supporting journalists, and to build and rebuild Palestinian media infrastructure
but also for cross movement solidarity and resourcing.

The genocide is not just been livestreamed on our TVs and phones, it is killing those who are courageously telling us what is happening on the ground. Every word written, every photo and every video shared has become an act of resistance.
