Yesterday I went to an art exhibition that manifested an actual cloud. It started as I turned the corner of another installation. The cloud existed for 10 seconds and it was one of the most beautiful things I’ve ever seen. It was set to only activate once every hour.

When I first heard that it was high time to prioritize middle aged and older women as target groups I naively thought it would mean that we would be listened to. Instead I’m being bombarded with money pits in the form of perimenopause labeled snake oils and aggressively being told I’m still too fat.

It feels refreshing to see Misako talking about being a 42 year old lolita. It makes me feel less old since I’m just one year older than her.
