Agree. Push back on everything. Every day I hear “what are Dems doing while our country falls?” If they can they should pushback.

I’m not attacking you at all. We are beyond trying to help folks understand what it means. The DEI roles in the federal government are now gone and the red states will follow.

Don’t you get it? It doesn’t matter any more what it means. He is firing people who work for the feds in any DEI role. If you worked for the Feds and needed your job would you promote DEI??? DEI is over.

I think he will say they are no longer needed. As long as the position goes away the people can go away too. Reduction in force. I don’t think there is a legal fight.
