I feel like at night all of my masks drop and all that is left is "me", the me that i love. when its day im always overwhelmed, i don't know why... maybe its the activity of people outside, maybe its the feeling of my family members being awake. Night is freeing 𖠌.

Mental health is a very bumpy road, its not linear, one day you can be doing all of your chores and getting through everything easily and the second might struggling at basic things.
