O that can be quite brutal. Im so sorry that's happening :( Idk if itll help but this stuff helped me when I first started stretching my ears.
I just rub it on my ear lobes on both sides and it helps the earrings through. Idk if it would help you now but maybe later.

Ive got the same issue with my gauged ears. Im at like 4mm at the moment but if something happens or like they get stuck on my headsets when pulling them off. So much pain....then I get this like hard spot and have to use a smaller gauge until it gets back to normal. All of this to say Im sorry :(

That is so cool! Built in 1927 and is still running after restorations in 91. To think that shes going to be 100 in a couple years. I wonder if they are planning anything for her.
