Applicants may send their resume, portfolio and/or cover letter to neurodivergentplays@gmail.com under the subject line “Resident Director Applicant” by January 15th. Select applicants will be invited to participate in interviews in Feburary 2025.

Priority consideration will be given to directors who identify as neurodivergent and/or disabled. BIPOC, trans, non-binary, and international (non-U.S. origin) directors are encouraged to apply, as we seek to foster an artistic space that represents all neurodivergent artists.

Modest stipends are available for these positions, and each director has freedom over individual play selections.

Up to 3 directors will be selected during this application cycle to in Fall 2025/Spring 2026. Ideal applicants should have a passion for new play development, social justice & neurodivergent empowerment.
