When we asked people what happened after they contacted us, we found out...The information we gave people helped them create change, gave them new knowledge, and helped them make decisions. 91% of people thought the information we gave them was useful or somewhat useful. For 41% of the people, something changed because of the information we gave them. People told us... "They were able to give me more knowledge to help me continue to advocate for myself." "We rewrote our whole policy so organizationally it improved. We gained a better understanding of our responsibilities." "They were just wonderful and incredibly helpful and resourceful."
