Standard lectures and skills labs are being reviewed and accepted on a rolling basis. Vomacka is due Jan 2nd and the JCEMS Poster Session is due Jan 16th.

Today is also the MLK Day of Service, a national holiday dedicated to bringing us closer to Dr. King's goals through public service and assisting others in our community. To all our members, we thank you for the services you provide to your campuses and local communities today and every day.

So today and every day, remember his words and his charge to all of us to always work together, stand up for what is right together, and always strive to achieve his dream of an America with liberty and justice for all.

And though he knew that the journey to achieve his dream for America would be neither short nor simple, Dr. King recognized two other truths: "We cannot walk alone. And as we walk, we must make the pledge that we shall always march ahead."
