So Hegseth’s missiles were fired at a boat:

✅ they had no idea where it was going
✅ they had no idea who was on it
✅ they had no established authority to act
✅ but definitely wanted to murder whoever was on it

Everyone involved should rot in prison forever

Education is a source of hope for #Gaza's children.

UNRWA has learning kits for nearly 370,000 students stuck in Jordan, ready to be delivered. They are more than school supplies: they are a bridge back to learning, routine, and hope.

The siege must be lifted so children can heal and learn again.

This op-ed from NIH director Jay Bhattacharya is *infuriating*. He says we have to stop funding mRNA vaccine research because it hasn't "earned public trust." Motherfucker, WHO DID THAT.
Opinion | Jay Bhattacharya: Why the NIH is pivoting away from mRNA vaccines
As a vaccine for broad public use, mRNA technology has failed to earn the public’s trust.

Chris Smalls was profiled by every major media outlet when he lead Amazon victory on Staten Island.

Shocking that not one outlet has covered the IDF detaining him in the Gaza flotilla
Update on treatment of Handala detainees:

“Christian Smalls reported severe physical violence by Israeli forces. Several female activists described similar abuse and deplorable detention conditions.”

“Why use airdrops when you can drive hundreds of trucks through the borders?,” Juliette Touma tells @nytimes.com
“It’s much easier, more effective, faster, cheaper.”

I find the common talking point that anarchists assume everyone is as nice as them strange. I'm a pessimist who has learned from numerous horrific life experiences that people can treat each other terribly and that's exactly why nobody should be given vast amounts of power over others.
