I am not a crumbs girl so I was very upset when I opened a bag of chips that must have been upside down for a while and crumbs exploded everywhere. It shook me to the core and I dropped the bag and more chips fell. I’m just a kid.

Potato salad for breakfast, potato salad for lunch, potato salad for dinner, potato salad for dessert.

The plan was just to make Japanese potato salad, then I wanted bbq tofu, then I wanted steamed cabbage, then I wanted vegan brown rice mac and cheese.

Watching Season 15 of Drag Race for the third maybe fourth time. Why not?

One pan meals are so ugly usually not even my fake stained glass can help it. But they work! I made a brown rice pasta dish with black beans, carrots, mushrooms, kale, onions, basil, and spices.

Vegan black eyed peas over wild rice for the New Year. Delicious!

black friend by @ziwe is great so far! Spent today helping volunteers install our new environmental justice, housing, and health equity Little Free Library then cleaning a dresser someone gave away. It was filthy before but it fits nicely and is solid wood. Seeing Ziwe in DC soon
