To recap: Jeffrey Epstein offered a NY Times reporter photos taken in Epstein's kitchen of Donald Trump and girls in bikinis *and* implored the NYT reporter to put this information in the public discourse in 2015

What did the NY Times editors know about this offer?

I feel like I'm taking crazy pills: the emails from Landon Thomas has his New York Times signature block...he was employed by NY Times at the time. He was communicating directly with Epstein about Trump, and was given incriminating information about Trump. It's been in NYT's possession since 2015

Can we circle back to the part where the NY Times never disclosed that they have incriminating information on Donald Trump from sent by Epstein that's been sitting on their email servers for nearly a decade?
Stuff like this makes me wonder why there hasn't been any reporting about Trump having affairs during his presidencies

I guess the House can’t impeach anyone if they’re not in session. Will they ever be back in session? Maybe not.

What are these companies getting in return?

I'm pushing for answers.

How can the shut down end if the House doesn’t reconvene? What is the end game? Could someone ask the Speaker or the President? Or do they not want it to end? Is the end game that there is no legislative body. Just the President / King?

Trump’s people are making all sorts of claims about what happened in Alaska. But Trump has not. Does he not know what happened? Or are his people just making things up?

This whole Trump thing is just embarrassing.

Part of the challenge of local police departments is to sort the nonviolent protesters from the scum who are violent or looters. Surely there is training for this? Can nonviolent protesters have a system to identify and or respond by moving away? Or sitting down? The other challenge is the media…

The conservatives do not care about the poor so Dems need to stop focusing on that. Focus on the gifts and grifts to the rich.

Every book published in the United States is sent to the Library of Congress. Also, if you are under 16 you cannot use the reading room or order books.
Reporter: The president fired the Librarian of Congress. Why?

Leavitt: There were quite concerning things she had done at the Library of Congress in the pursuit of DEI and putting inappropriate books in the library for children.

He acts so doggedly certain about something that’s so obviously false.
This exchange is so very telling.

Trump repeatedly claims the photoshopped MS-13 on Kilmar Abrego Garcia's knuckles is real, Terry Moran keeps telling him it isn't, prompting Trump to say this:

"I never heard of you. I picked you. You’re not being very nice. He had MS-13 tattooed... Just say yes!"

Trump is fond of saying he has “no knowledge” of things that he’s being asked about. I think we should start to believe him. And then ask, “don’t you think you ought to know?”

Trump said at an NBC interview that he is “pissed off” at Putin. Is that a diplomatic or policy position? Or is it a sign of disinhibition due to cognitive decline?

This is *extremely* alarming — White House fires a career federal prosecutor because he (1) went after a politically connected businessman and (2) criticized Trump during a 2020 congressional bid.

“White House fires a career prosecutor” is itself unprecedented.
