The TPB approved funding for three new Transit Within Reach projects at the November 19 board meeting. The projects in the City of Rockville, @montgomerycountymd.bsky.social and @fairfaxcounty.gov will help improve walking & bike access to the nearest bus stops and rail stations. bit.ly/3XAd7v0

The TPB elected Fairfax County Supervisor Walter Alcorn as new TPB Chair. @walteralcorn.bsky.social will lead the board's review of #Visualize2050, the National Capital Region Transportation Plan. The TPB will vote on plan approval at its December 17 meeting. More: bit.ly/47aqHJN
